About Founder

Founder Lt. KAMALA RANJAN TALAPATRA (Freedom Fighter) was 1st Forward Block State President 1950. Manush Patrika started its maiden journey on 15th August 1952 and how important it is in keeping us in touch, even in today’s increasingly digital world. On 6th January 2010 Founder, Editor and Publisher of the said news paper expired at the age of 87 years old.
MANUSH PATRIKA become daily based news paper in the year 1977, 5th May. Hence, an oldest Bengali Daily of Tripura.
Now, Priyabrata Talapatra is become Editor and Publisher of the said daily. He is the only son of Lt. KAMALA RANJAN TALAPATRA.
